You can use this form to request withdrawal from a distance contract concluded through our web shop.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, counting from the day the goods were handed over to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the deadline expires, using this form or another unambiguous statement.
For tickets for a specific date (e.g. StressFreeFriday and the Floating Spa Experience) the right of withdrawal is excluded – you can read the legal basis and refund conditions on the Returns and complaints page.
