Pool rules

The water park has six pools: the swimming pool, the wave pool, the recreational pool with the water slide, the children’s pool, the diving pool and the outdoor experience pool. The pools are intended for swimmers, non-swimmers and children.

Rules in the pool area

For the health of all bathers, please observe the following rules:

• leave the clothes and shoes you arrived in in your locker
• before entering the pool you must shower and walk through the foot bath to disinfect your feet
• wear light slippers throughout the pool area
• in the restaurant, wear slippers and cover up with a towel or bathrobe
• children up to the age of 3 must wear swim nappies in the pool

Inside the water park it is not allowed to

• bring food into the pool area
• enter the diving pool without a diving instructor present
• bathe while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or similar substances
• bathe without a swimsuit
• bathe with an open wound, a bandage, a skin disease or similar
• relieve yourself in the pool
• disturb other bathers by jumping, shouting or deliberately splashing water
• deliberately or carelessly dirty or pollute the water or other surfaces in the pool area
• use the equipment and facilities in the pool area for anything other than their purpose, or in a way that endangers yourself or other bathers
• bathe in a pool that is being filled

Water slide

The water slide is intended for children and young people, and the instructions posted at the slide must be followed. Children under 8 may use the slide only under the supervision of a parent or another responsible adult.

Wave pool

The waves start every hour on the hour and last 8 minutes. While the waves are running, the pool is not recommended for non-swimmers, and we ask parents to supervise children closely.

Wristbands

When you buy a ticket you receive a wristband for entry and for locking and unlocking your locker. Adult wristbands can also be used to pay in the restaurant: everything you have during the day is recorded on the wristband, and you pay the bill on the way out. A lost wristband is charged according to the price list (€75.00 for adults, €15.00 for children).

Other notes

• Bathers must follow the pool rules and the instructions of the pool staff.
• Bathers who do not follow the pool rules will be asked to leave the pool area.
• We accept no liability for lost or stolen belongings.
• You use the pool area entirely at your own risk; please take care and supervise your children.
