No. Water park tickets are sold only at the reception, and we do not take bookings for regular visits. Only tickets for the StressFreeFriday and Floating Spa Experience programmes are bought in advance, in our web shop.

Children under 6 enter free of charge. The children’s ticket applies from 6 to 15 years of age, and from 16 the adult ticket applies.

Yes. The water park and all its facilities are open 365 days a year, and the water in the outdoor experience pool is 33–35 °C.

Yes, there is a large free car park right next to the water park entrance.

Food may not be brought into the pool area. You can eat all day in the Vivae restaurant by the pools, which offers gluten-free dishes every day.

At the entrance you receive a wristband that opens the entrance gate and your locker. Adults can also use it to pay in the restaurant: everything you spend is recorded on the wristband, and you settle the bill on the way out. At the reception you can pay in cash or by Mastercard, Maestro, Visa or Diners card.

No. The wellness area is used with a water park ticket – a day ticket or a three-hour ticket.

The waves in the wave pool start every hour on the hour. While they are running, the pool is not recommended for non-swimmers.

The water slide is intended for children and young people. Children under 8 may use it only under the supervision of a parent or another responsible adult.

Students up to 26 get a 20% discount, people over 60 get 25% on Mondays (except on public holidays), and people with disabilities get 20% on a single ticket. Details are in the price list.
