The Aquae Vivae website (aquae-vivae.hr) may be used for your private purposes free of charge, in accordance with the following terms and rules. The seller is AQUAE VIVAE D.D., and the buyer is a visitor to this website who fills in an electronic order, sends it to the seller and pays by credit card or by bank transfer.
Ordering
The buyer orders an offer using the electronic order form.
A buyer is any person who orders at least one product or service electronically, fills in the required details, confirms the payment method and sends the order.
Once sent, an order can be cancelled only within 24 hours.
All prices are in euros and include VAT.

The prices in the catalogue apply to all forms of payment.
Transport and delivery are not included in the price of the service.

The payment methods on the Aquae Vivae website let you buy and pay directly online in two ways:
1. Payment by credit card

If you choose this payment method, you will receive the information needed for payment at your email address, including the account number to which the amount should be paid. You can then pay using online banking or however you usually pay your bills – at a bank, a post office, FINA or similar. Once your payment has been received, you can use our services.
