Living water of Zagorje

Six pools filled with natural thermal mineral water, a water slide, waves, a diving pool, saunas and a restaurant – open every day, all year round.

Discover

Aquae Vivae

The Romans called it aquae vivae – living water. Today it fills our six pools, warm from 28 to 38 °C, every day of the year.

Five pools are in the hall beneath the timber roof, and the experience pool is outdoors – even in the middle of winter. Alongside the pools there is a water slide, waves, a diving pool, a wellness area and the Vivae restaurant.

Thermal mineral water

Water that needs no heating – it heats

The hyperthermal water springs from Leitha limestone; it is rich in calcium, magnesium and hydrogen carbonate and has a neutral pH. The healing powers of the Krapina baths were recorded as early as 1709.

The heat of the water flowing through the park also heats the whole building – so the water park releases no CO₂ emissions.
