The scrub spa experience – a ritual performed between sauna rounds in the steam bath or the Finnish sauna.
Sea salt, coconut and cinnamon.
The scrub spa experience takes place in an intimate room lined with mosaic that holds the warmth and the quiet. At its centre is a well with a bowl of scrub, and the dimmed light creates a feeling of complete separation from the outside world.
The heat of the sauna enhances the effect of the scrub, leaving your skin smooth and cared for.
Use of the scrub room is included in the price of the wellness area ticket.

A hand-prepared blend
- sea salt
- cold-pressed coconut oil
- cinnamon
- cinnamon and orange essential oils
Ritual
How it works
Warm up
First warm up in the steam bath or the Finnish sauna – warm skin takes the scrub best.
Apply the scrub
Take a little scrub from the bowl and apply it to damp skin with gentle circular movements.
Rinse
Rinse the scrub off with lukewarm water under the shower.
Carry on
Go back to the sauna or rest on the heated benches, with tea and fruit.
Do not apply the scrub to your face, to damaged or irritated skin, or straight after shaving or hair removal.
