All payments are made in euros. The amount charged to your credit card account is converted into your local currency at the exchange rate of the card association. The buyer is bound by the General Terms valid at the time of purchase (when the online order is submitted). The buyer is informed of the Terms of purchase with every order and, by submitting the order, confirms that they are aware of these terms.
Buying tickets online is final
Before confirming the order, the buyer must carefully check all the purchase details (date and amount of the purchase, ticket type, number of tickets, etc.). Once tickets have been bought – which in the online shop happens immediately after clicking “Payment” – the purchase can no longer be changed or cancelled. If you are unable to come on the scheduled date, we do not refund tickets already bought, but you can use them within 3 months of the date of purchase.
Legal basis for excluding the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 86(1) of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette NN 19/22, 59/23), the consumer does not have the right of unilateral withdrawal from a contract under this section if:
- the subject of the contract is the provision of accommodation other than for residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental, catering or services related to leisure activities, where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance
